There has always been and will always be a need to communicate. To succeed in society, in education, and in the workplace we need to be able to communicate our thoughts, ideas and knowledge clearly and accurately. Today’s young people almost exclusively use rapid-fire, abbreviated text messaging, instant messaging and email to communicate. The art and practice of successful, effective face-to-face communication by today’s youth is in jeopardy.
To succeed in the post high school world, however, our children must learn to communicate orally, in person, and in writing. They must be able to ask and answer a question, speak understandably, interview and be interviewed, gather information, influence others, and solve problems. Developing strong interpersonal skills will allow children from all socio-economic groups an easier path to higher education and positive career choices while enhancing family and social relationships.

We are also committed to parent , teacher, mentor, and caregiver education. For these persons, we offer a number of seminars throughout the year to help you better understand and support children’s development.
